1. Cancelling Your Order

If your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it and process a full refund.

Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 business days.

2. Menstrual Cups

Menstrual cups are intimate hygiene products. Once opened or unsealed, they cannot be returned.

If the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it.

3. Returns on Other Products

Other products can be returned within 15 days of delivery if:
- unused
- unopened
- original packaging intact

An unboxing video is required for return approval.

4. Size Exchanges

Wrong size exchanges are possible only if the product remains sealed and unused.

Customers must bear shipping costs for exchanges.

5. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
