For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of menstrual cups if the packaging has been opened or the product has been used. In case of manufacturing defects, damaged deliveries, or incorrect products, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable. Pocket tissues and other consumable items are non-returnable unless damaged or faulty at the time of delivery.
