Shipping Policy

Every Tessa order is packed carefully and dispatched the next business day.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within one business day of being placed. If you order on a Sunday or a public holiday, your order will go out the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as it ships.

Delivery Timeframes

We deliver across all of India including metros, tier 2 and tier 3 cities, and remote areas. Delivery typically takes five to seven business days depending on your location. If your order has not arrived within ten business days of dispatch, please reach out to us immediately.

Shipping Partner

We ship all orders through Delhivery, one of India's most reliable logistics networks. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package in real time on the Delhivery website or app.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on the product and your delivery location. Menstrual cups and yoga mats are shipped free across India. For all other products, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your pin code and delivery location.

Discreet Packaging

All Tessa orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no mention of the product or brand name on the outside of the box. Your privacy matters to us and we take it seriously with every order.

Cash on Delivery

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders are prepaid through UPI, debit cards, credit cards, or net banking. This allows us to process and dispatch your order faster.

Incorrect Address

Please double check your delivery address before placing your order. If you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at tessa.teamindia@gmail.com or call 8310103450. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address and Tessa will not be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your tracking shows the order was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours. We will raise a complaint with Delhivery and do everything we can to resolve it. If your order is genuinely lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Damaged on Arrival

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please do not discard the packaging. Take photographs of the outer box and the product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement immediately.
