We strive to deliver high-quality menstrual cups and pocket tissues with care and precision. Each product is carefully checked and packaged before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Since our products are designed for personal hygiene, our return and refund process follows strict guidelines to protect both safety and customer satisfaction.

To start a return

You can contact us at tessa.teamindia@gmail.com or call us at +91 831 010 3450. Please note that a clear unboxing video is mandatory when you receive the parcel. This video proof is essential for processing your return claim. Requests without video evidence will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll share instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once your claim is approved, you must return the product to us within 3 to 7 days of delivery. After verification, we will replace the product with the same item as per the original order details.

If the issue is due to our error (defective product or incorrect order), we will bear the shipping charges.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Menstrual cups once the packaging has been opened or if the product has been used.

  • Pocket tissues and other consumable items, unless they are found to be damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

Requests without proper video evidence, made after the allowed time frame, or without a valid reason, will be rejected.

Exchanges

We do not issue cash refunds for hygiene products. Only replacements are provided where applicable. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a replacement for the defective or damaged product.

Refunds

Since our products are hygiene-related, we do not offer refunds. Approved claims will only be resolved through product replacements with the same item as per your original order details.
